Q1: Do you deliver at doorstep ?
A: Yes we deliver all over Pakistan.

Q2: Do you work on COD method ?
A: Yes we support the COD method (Cash On Delivery)

Q3: How many days it takes to deliver ?
A: It may take 3-5 working days to reach at your doorstep.

Q4: What if got broken toys ?
A: No worries, you will get the new toys in exchange.

Q5: Do you exchange or refund the money ?
A: Yes we exchange the damaged or wrong product, and you can get the refund as well once we get the product back in our stock.

Q6: Is there any warranty available ?
A: We offer a check warranty of 24/48 hrs to make sure you 've got the right thing delivered.

Q7: Can you wrap it like a gift for me ?
A: Ofcourse we can wrap it for you for gift wrap packaging we charge only 50 Rs extra

Q8: Is there any delivery charges ?
A: As we do not include the delivery expense in product price, so yes we charge Rs.150 in the account of delivery (Nationwide)

Q9: Do you accept online transfer or credit cards ?
A: Yes we accept the credit cards and transfers through online banking and easy paisa
