At GoodBabyPakistan, customer happiness is our priority. We offer a 7-Day Easy Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience across Pakistan.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase/invoice date, if:

  • 📦 Product is unopened and in its original packaging

  • 🛍️ All contents are intact and in a resaleable condition

  • 🧾 You provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, email confirmation, or bank statement)

⚠️ Note: Items bought on sale or special promotions are not eligible for return or refund.

💸 Refund Process

If you're not satisfied and wish to return an item:

  • 🧾 Contact our support team to initiate the return

  • 📦 We will provide our return address — you must arrange courier/shipping

  • 🚚 Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility

  • 💰 Once we receive the returned item in original condition, a full refund of the product cost will be processed (excluding original delivery charges)

  • 🕒 Refunds are issued within 7 working days

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We’ll guide you through the process for a free replacement — return shipping in such cases is still handled by the customer.
