Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, if you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery. Please note that shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund amount.
Customized or Hygiene Products

Orders for customized, personalized, or hygiene-related items (such as baby bottles, feeders, clothing sets, or accessories) cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, for health and safety reasons.
Refund Process

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to share their bank account details via email or WhatsApp for the refund transfer.
